1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Ariedez Systems Limited. By accessing our website, enrolling in our Academy, or engaging our consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of Kenya.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services.

2. Educational & Training Services

For students enrolling in "The Academy" or "Women in Tech" programs:

• Intellectual Property: All course materials, videos, and code repositories provided are the intellectual property of Ariedez Systems. You may not share, resell, or distribute them without permission.
• Certification: Certificates of Completion are awarded only upon successful submission of required projects and attendance. Enrollment does not guarantee certification.
• Code of Conduct: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards harassment. Any student found harassing mentors or peers will be expelled immediately without refund.

3. Payments & Refunds

Consultancy Projects: Payment terms for B2B/Government projects are governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed at the start of the contract.

Training Programs:

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Tuition refunds are only considered if a withdrawal request is made at least 7 days before the cohort start date.
• Once classes commence, no refunds will be issued.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Ariedez Systems strives to provide market-ready skills and job placement support, we do not guarantee employment upon completion of our courses. Employment depends on market conditions and individual student performance.

For consultancy clients, Ariedez Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software solutions, beyond the scope detailed in the specific project contract.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Kenya. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

6. Changes to Terms

Ariedez Systems reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
